Staying Safe Survey for Children and Young People
in General

"Staying Safe" Survey available on SCORE for all children and young people. The data collected from this survey will help to establish how children and young people feel safe within Stoke on Trent.

The survey is a short questionnaire for children and young people focused on staying safe within schools and the community.

 To access the survey, please follow the following set of guidelines:

1. Log on to SGFL/SCORE

2. Click on the SCORE Log in section on the right hand side of the page

3. Click on other stuff

4. Click on data collection

5. Click onto my surveys

6. Click onto complete a survey/form

7. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on the" Staying Safe" icon

8. When you come to a screen that says "password protected" - please key in the word safe (all in lower case) which is the password to access the survey

9. Complete the short survey

10. Once completed, it is important to click on the "submit survey" icon at the bottom of the page to allow the survey to be logged
