NQT Pool
Stoke-on-Trent NQT Pool
Our NQT Pool is cross phase and is open all year.
Applications are invited from NQTs wishing to work in Special, Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools.
You can join the pool at any time during your induction and can return to the pool if you have induction outstanding, we aim to retain as many of our NQT's within Stoke-on-Trent as possible.Details of applicants will be entered onto our on-line database, in accordance with data protection. The database is stored on a secure server and is accessible only by Head Teachers who can then request to view application forms and invite NQT's to interview.
We are pro-active with our pool and regular updates are provided to schools.
Should you see a vacancy on our bulletin that you want to apply for, please let us know and we will forward your details to the school in question.
Our NQT pool is very important to us and we see it as a key recruitment method.
